A space for sharing and feeling supported
Hello, I’m Victoria. Since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 1982, I have been on a journey of learning, adaptation, and hope. In this space, I share what has helped me live better, accompanied by reliable information, practical tools, and human coaching. If you like, I can accompany you on your journey toward a life with greater well-being, despite your illness.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease of the central nervous system that affects the brain and spinal cord. In MS, the immune system attacks myelin, the protective covering of nerve fibers. This damage disrupts communication between the brain and the rest of the body, causing various symptoms. Some days may be more challenging than others, but understanding what MS is helps a lot in facing it with strength and clarity. Mayo Clinic+1
